Holiday Inn Express & Suites Schererville

We’ve stayed here many times while roadtripping. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Hotel offers a good free breakfast. There is also a Culvers across the parking lot which is super convenient for those stopping overnight. Rooms are pretty clean, sometimes the bathroom could use a little extra time. Beds are comfortable and rooms are reasonably priced.

I really can't say enough good things. Been coming here at least once a year for a long time to visit family. When my mom got sick, and eventually passed, the staff recognized me (b/c frequent visits), offered comfort, support and kindness. Super helpful getting rooms for our family for her celebration of life. That aside, room is always neat and clean. Staff here are amazing. Door dash is easy, breakfast buffet (usually) on point. Loyal customer here.

Extremely clean facilities and room. I had a suite and keeping thinking about how comfortable it was. I haven't slept that well in a long time so I'll visit again for sure!!!

I appreciated the clear explanation of hotel services when I checked in. The staff provided accurate timing for breakfast and housekeeping schedules. Communication was straightforward. That made planning easier.

The room was great! The included breakfast was really nice. Very clean and the staff were very nice.

What a wonderful place to stay. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and professional ladies. They gave us a brief overview and directed us to our rooms. Our room was clean and quiet. We had a great night of uninterrupted sleep. (For a Saturday night, we were impressed.) Breakfast the next morning was fresh and well attended to by the staff. Location is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment facilities for families. If your in the Schererville area, I encourage you to make a reservation here. No riff-raff, well lit and safe location. THIS was one of the most pleasant stays we have had in a long time. Keep up the great work.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is warm, welcoming, and friendly. The general manager, Leona takes pride in the property and it shows. The property is closed to a lot of fun things. I highly recommend it!

The hotels is clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and professional. That being said, bathrooms need some work, wallpaper peeling and shower heads that are so calcified barely any water. They REALLY need to work on that 'free breakfast'. Stale cereal out of large dispensers, milk soured to the point of being solid, frozen/reheat egg omelets-yuck, oatmeal in packets, no waffles, just a frozen pancake heater. For the price paid for the room/taxes/entertainment fees, they can do much better.
